Wine Tasting

Enjoy our guided tour of the vineyards to learn more about the grapes cultivated in our territory. Then with the guidance of an expert sommelier, you will start the wine tasting to discover the fragrance and aromas of our local wines. Of course, a good glass of wine matched by genuine food.
Cooking Class on line
These cooking classes are especially designed for those who can learn more about Italian local traditions. We will focus on simple recipes, easy to make home, with genuine ingredients.

Requirements: it’s enough to have a broadband internet connection installed at home, a Zoom or a Skype account. A webcam is useful for a more effective face to face lesson, like in a classroom.
Cooking Class by the restaurant

Head into one of our favorite restaurants. Meet the owner and chef who will teach you how to prepare some classic dishes of the region. After the class, enjoy the fruits of your labor with a 3 course lunch at the chef’s table.
Pizza Making Class

Take private transportation to a nearby village where you will be greeted by a local pizzaiolo and his family. Learn the history and tradition of making true neapolitan pizza from the local ingredients to the special made wood-burning ovens. Toss the dough, sprinkle to mozzarella, and sing the songs while you craft your own pies. Enjoy your creations with a glass or two of local wine.
Local Farm Tour
The farm was founded by at the beginning of the 20th century in a small, old village in Massa Lubrense, Schiazzano where deep blue sea merges with the green hills. It is a family run business where all the members give their precious help in the production of cheese: mozzarella, caciotta, caciocavalli and provolone del Monaco DOP (Protected Denomination of Origin), made following the original recipes handed down from father to son.
